Running a Café can be very challenging in lots of ways and there is so much talk about waste. Reducing food waste is paramount to running a profitable business but equally looking at packaging and disposal can provide opportunities to further reduce environmental impact.
We will have a range of presentations and a panel discussion, with speakers from the food and waste industry. We will also cover the new single use plastics directive and what the circular economy means for Cafes.
