Our activities for the Week for Waste Reduction consist of raising awareness, workshops-events named “Create Your Own Cycle” and dissemination steps.  For raising awareness, a presentation including the importance of zero waste, the 5R rule and waste reduction  will be made to our students, parents and teachers, who are our target audience. In order to raise awareness within the school, an informative event will be held. This event will be about the amount of water used in the production of clothes on a mannequin, the land used and the increase in CO2 emissions. In addition, an interview is planned about whether the textile products we use are a need or a desire. In the workshops titled “Create Your Own Cycle”  the map of Turkey will be transformed into a painting with textile products, and designs such as clothes, souvenirs, pen holders, phone cases, and water bottles will be made.

Faaliyetlerin sağlıklı bir şekilde yürütülebilmesi için idare, öğretmenler ve rehberlikten oluşan bir grup oluşturulacaktır. Bu grup, Atık Azaltma Haftası gösterileri etkinlikler ve çalıştaylarda aktif rolde.
