En amont, nous avons contacté les supermarchés afin de collecter les légumes invendus et destinés à la destruction. Le jour J, nous réaliserons une DiscoSoupe avec tous ces légumes et nous échangerons sur le thème du gaspillage alimentaire, et la réduction des déchets de manière plus large.
