The objective of this project is to reduce the water consumption in a Maltese household. The nature of Malta being an island makes access to water a highly resource consuming industry. Unfortunately, not enough is being made to preserve it and this project is a suggestion of what can be done to make better use of this water.

Moreover, the intention of this project to target the mentality of the Maltese community to be more aware of the water we use. However such a concept can be also applied to a scenario where water reuse is a priority.

The project will consist of shower water collection, filtration, treatment and disinfection. After processing the water will be up to standard for flushing purposes.
