Global consumption of electrical and electronic equipment is on the rise. In fact, electronic waste is considered one of the most dangerous types and, therefore, represents one of the greatest challenges. This is due to the fact that most of the electronic devices are manufactured using heavy metals. However, there is an implementing regulation that is applied in different ways across the EU.
