Following on from the Great British Bake Off TV programme, we will be holding a Love Food Hate Waste Bake Off. We ill be encouraging staff to make cakes and other baked goods using leftover fruit and vegetables, such as carrots, beetroot, parsnips and bananas. The cakes will be judges by other staff members, and will be served to eat in our vintage café. The café will be decorated with tablecloths made from reused material, jam jars for decoration, and second hand, vintage crockery.
