Our proposal is to conduct an online competition through the facebook profile page of SYDESYS. The competition will consist of posts with questions asking about the correct way of recycling lead-acid batteries.
The public will be able to response either through personal messages to the SYDEYSYS fb profile, or by replying to the comment section of the post. At the end of the competition, which will last as long as the “week of waste reduction” (18-26 November), 60 winners will be announced following a draw to win: 10 will win for a voucher a car battery free change, and 50 will win a set of battery recharging cables.
The campaign will be fully funded (created, managed and promoted) by SYDESYS.
The objectives of the proposal are to inform and educate the public through the competition process and to cause reducing waste – car batteries.
