The Environmental Education Outreach Team will advertise their Family Recipe Book, which was developed during lockdown to encourage everyone to reduce food waste, use up leftovers and make the most of the food they have, save money at the same time. The book contains lots of information on correct food storage, portion control and tips on using up leftovers with lots of tasty recipes. The book will be available for free, electronically, to members of the public and will be available in hard copy and electronically to colleagues within the council during EWWR.
