Food Waste Diaries
• WHAT will be done
Description:
20 students at Dundee Uni are taking part in food waste diaries for a week to help us research how much food students waste, what they waste and why. After they’ve completed the diaries, they will attend Love Food Hate Waste training to give them information on how they can reduce their food waste. The training will take place in the week after EWWR.
