The new president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, has proposed to the European Union the Green Deal, an environmental agreement between the public sector, the private sector, enterprises and citizens that seek the viability of production and energy consumption patterns with lower carbon emissions, the circular economy and intelligent cities.

Within the circular economy, we will focus on the public-private partnership for urban waste, especially Urban Solid Waste and how, with a new governance over the territory, we can contribute to minimizing the impact of waste.
