Green Public Procurement Training will be given by Prof. Dr. Canan Madran. Capacity building training will be organized for the Financial Services Directorate and the Support Services Directorate, where the relevant unit supervisors and personnel of Buca Municipality are located. As an institution, the start of the capacity building trainings, which will aim to create a roadmap to implement Green Procurement and to prepare a green purchasing guide for a widespread product group, will be held within the scope of the week. The training will be held at the Sustainability and Innovation Center.

Prof. Dr. Canan Madran is a graduate of Çukurova University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Business Administration and Management. Until 2019, he served as the head of the department of 9 Eylül University. He is the project coordinator of the Climate Change Awareness in Higher Education Project.
