Mercredi 21 novembre (jour de marché à Parthenay), le service déchets sera présent devant les halles pour informer les habitants sur le devenir des emballages après un tri minutieux à la maison ou sur le lieu de travail, et inciter à transformer et à réutiliser pour préserver les ressources naturelles.
