15:30 hrs Jornada de formación y trabajo; con la colaboración de Alberto Vizcaíno
16.20 hrs Talleres de 30 minutos para empezar a arremangarse:
- ¡Qué viene el 5º contenedor! Cristina Díez, Técnico de Medio ambiente del Ayuntamiento
- Sandach: Residuos de origen animal. ¿Por dónde empiezo? Alberto Vizcaíno, Experto en Residuos
- Desperdicio alimentario, ¿cómo aplico la nueva ley en mi negocio?
