We are an educational center.
The best thing that can happen to food is that it to our plates and enjoy it. We avoid throwing out food that could have been eaten. That is money saving and helps reduction.
How ever some food recycling is invertible , for examble, eggs shells , banana and potatoe skills , tea bags , citrus skills etc will never be on the menu of a restaurant or in a house kitchen.
Reducing food waste is really a major issue.
During European Week for Waste Reduction 2019our school with 2 of our chefs cheg Aggelos Lantos (2 michelen stars) and Chef Georgia Koutsoukou, will cook with the students reusing – reducing – recycling.
