2e expérience du compostage des bio-déchets du restaurant scolaire (restes de préparation de plateaux, hors protéines animales) pendant 1 semaine. Le compost doit alimenter les 5 carrés de jardin. Sera aussi mise en place la récupération du pain pour un centre équestre.
