On the 15-Nov-2019, we are going to decorate the entrance with waste generated in our scout group. Discussions with practical examples to apply the 7Rs will be done. 7 Rs of Sustainability = Rethink, Refuse, Reduce, Repurpose, Reuse, Recycle, Rot

On Monday 18th – A discussion with the Beaver section on how we can do the 7Rs in our daily lives using practical examples in the Headquarters/activities/campsite.

On Wednesday 20th – A discussion with the Cubs section on how we can do the 7Rs in our daily lives using practical examples in the Headquarters/activities/campsite.

On Friday 22nd – A discussion with the Troop/Ventures section on how we can do the 7Rs in our daily lives using practical examples in the Headquarters/activities/campsite.

On Saturday 23rd, we will organise a Tea Tombla where anyone can participate. During this activity we will share our actions taken and even question them what they are actually doing or trying to change in their own way of life with regards to waste generated. A discussion surely will be made and even apply the concept of 7Rs in our daily routine work/home/outside/christmas/shopping at green grocery etc..

During EWWR, photos of this action will be shared within our facebook page (for all parents and our members) and with all 8000 scout members through Scoutkeeper to create further awareness and the importance of not littering outside.
