Description:
La cuisine centrale du SIRCO va sensibiliser ses jeunes convives (et ses équipes de la cuisine) sur le gaspillage alimentaire. Des pesées de déchets vont être réalisées sur la semaine et une animation sera proposée aux enfants. Le SIRCO livre 3800 repas sur 24 sites sur 4 municipalités : Saint Jean de Braye, Saint Jean de la Ruelle, Semoy et La Chapelle St Mesmin.
