Nappuccino Morning
• WHAT will be done
Description:
One of the best ways to get introduced to cloth nappies! A Nappuchino is where cloth nappy users/people who are thinking about using cloth nappies all meet up for a chat, give advice and have a coffee! You get to see the nappies, feel them and fit them on your baby while experienced nappy consultants are at hand to answer any questions and offer advice.
Currently in the UK about eight million disposable nappies are thrown away each day, which accounts for about 3-4% of our household waste. Using real nappies can dramatically reduce the amount of waste we send to landfill and minimise our impact on the environment. Reusable nappies represent a viable alternative to disposable nappies, offering similar levels of convenience without creating any landfill.
Others items promoting a “Greener” approach to living also on display, everything from bamboo toothbushes, reusable straws, ecobags, reusable wipes, Mooncups, etc! So much to learn about.
Come along to Foyle Arena on the 20th of November between 9.30am-12.30pm for a cuppa and a chat.
