Beci Office Givebox

Info

WHAT will be done

Description:

We all have objects which we do not use to their full potential, which we could get rid of, that others could make better use of. Sometimes it’s a shirt that we have outgrown. Perhaps we received an item we already owned and now have a duplicate taking up space at home. Or maybe we have too many books.

Beci will set up a Givebox, a giving corner, a shelf for items in search of a new owner. Using surplus shelves, the givebox will be placed in a strategic location. Employees will be able to place items on the shelve and help themselves to whatever they like from it. The Eco Team will ensure the area is kept clean and that there is a certain “stock rotation”, i.e. if items stay for a long period of time, they will be gifted to reuse organisations.

The set up of the shelf will be accompanied by relevant communication and clear instructions will be displayed.
