By inviting residents to the events she organizes, the action developer aims to create/strengthen people’s awarenesses on the importance of keeping the environment clean: her actions show them how to sort out properly (in a country where this is far from be a common practice) and become more virtuous citizens. Furthermore, by talking to them about her usual activity as a Problem Solver and thus showing the results achieved, especially thanks to her clean-ups, she expects to attract attention, and hopefully interest, towards such topics (respect for the environment and for oneself, climate change, sorting, reduction of packaging, …). All learning comes from her experience, both personal and professional, and the skills she acquired.

She offers free help to those who are unable to sort their waste or want to learn how to do it correctly.

Practical examples will also be provided, e.g. on how to reuse packages to contain cigarette butts, avoiding abandoning them in the environment, as well as suggestions on how not to produce/reduce waste, stop smoking and consume junk food…

The goal is to have a cleaner and therefore healthier world, starting from where the action developer currently lives, San Gwann, Malta; so she wish fellow citizens to join her in November during the EWWR around the country or just outside on the sidewalk in front of their blocks/houses, to support each other in improving sort out (separate waste collection), as she has been doing for a long time, and discover effective methods for keeping the environment we all live in as clean and healthy as possible.

It will also be a way to socialize and help each other where we have difficulties alone, in fact, helping disabled/sick or elderly people to sort out or dispose of their waste is part of the objective too.
