The Packaging Diary is a highly impactful activity tailored to make our students more conscious of their packaging waste. This activity begins by explaining the importance of reducing packaging waste and its impact on our environment. Educators will distribute a packaging diary supplied by the EWWR Secretariat to all our year 7 students. The students’ task is to maintain a comprehensive record of all packaging materials they use and dispose of throughout a week. At the end of the week, this diary will be used to engage students in a meaningful discussion during their Environmental Studies lesson regarding their observations and how they can actively reduce their contributions to this issue. As a class, this initiative also presents a unique opportunity for you to celebrate our students’ dedicated efforts in addressing packaging waste.
