Paper reduction campaign

Info

WHAT will be done

Description:

The university and students’ association are working together to launch a campaign to reduce paper use and waste. The campaign will be launched to coincide with EWWR and will begin by asking students and staff of the university to complete a survey to gather information about the current practice of paper use and what people might do to change their paper use habits. We will also be organising a visual representation of a week’s paper use within the university campuses to generate interest around the issue and encourage people to complete the survey. The campaign will run until the end of April 2019 and throughout the campaign we will be promoting ‘top tips’ to encourage people to reduce their paper use. At the end of the campaign we will compare data on the annual paper purchase to find out if the campaign has had an impact.
