Starting with a baseline of coffee cup usage, the parliament will get each department to sign a pledge to use reusable hot beverage containers and avoid disposable packaging. Specific packaging waste between departments will be measured and a competition to reduce the most encouraged. This competition will extend to other parliaments with EWWR participants Slovenia and Finland provisionally taking part.
