Description:

Une pesée participative sera organisée lors du dérochage. Le but est de sensibiliser les collégiens au gaspillage. Participation du département, des parents d’élèves ainsi que des écocollégiens et du personnel de plonge.
Le bénéfice du non-gaspillage serait réinjecté dans l’assiette du collégien par d’avantage de produits locaux et bio.
