Curb’s Waste Showcase!
An all day pop-up cafe using only food waste! A whole menu will be served made with surplus ingredients that were once destined for landfill. We will also be running our ‘Food Boutique’ where people can collect groceries and take them home to cook and eat themselves.
We run entirely on a Pay As You Feel basis, valuing both humanity and food at the same time. People can pay in time, ideas, skills, money or any other way they feel appropriate to the project. All we ask is that people think about the food on their plate!
