Banco Farmaceutico is an italian non-profit foundation (ONLUS) founded in 2000. Our mission is helping needy people by fuffilling their medical needs by supporting charities which operate locally, with the objective of promoting sharing and gratuitoussness among mankind.
Banco Farmaceutico supplies charities by free donation of drugs collected through:
– Healthcare Company Donations
– National Drugs Collection Day
– Druds Collection from private citizens is starting also in Naples in 10 pharmacies. We recover medicines still valid from citizens who do not use them anymore, due to change of therapy or for the death of a relatives. We check these medicines with the collaboration of the pharmacist and give them to charities for the people in need. This project is really useful because can reduce the waste of medicines, reduce the disposal drugs costs for our communities and give more more opportunities for the poor.
