Recycle your waste electricals

Info

WHAT will be done

Description:

Don’t bin it, bring it – all 11 Household Recycling Centres will be taking part in this action.

The Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council would like to encourage everyone to bring all their old unwanted household electrical items, including batteries, to their local household recycling centre. There are lots of electrical items from around home which you can bring, for example, fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, alarm clocks; CD/DVD players and game consoles; small kitchen appliances such as kettles, toasters and blenders; personal grooming products like hairdryers, straighteners, electric toothbrushes and shavers; garden tools such as lawnmowers and shredders; other items such as lamps, torches, vacuum cleaners, phones, radios, TVs, printers, cameras and smoke alarms. So don’t bin it, bring it! No electrical item is too small.
