Our action is to reduce the amount of single-use plastic packaging by promoting the purchase of food in reusable food safe containers.

We do this through our reusable container loop system.

A customer firstly browses through our online assortment of dry organic, vegan products. At the cart page, the customer chooses from a dropdown menu to have their order packed in our reusable containers. A deposit fee per container is then added to the cart also.

Once the customer’s order is delivered, they then transfer the products into their own containers. Depending on where they live in Sweden, they simply email us to book a return or place the return label back on the delivery box and taking it to the post office.

When the containers arrive back at our warehouse, we wash and re-pack them with products, ready for the next customer.

We have created a loop system, where our containers remain in constant use, extending the life cycle of the container (packaging), compared with single-use packaging which is used once and then thrown away or recycled, with an incredibly short life cycle. If we can extend the life cycle of the packaging, we can save resources.
