We are doing 2 actions:

1 – Becoming aware of what we throw away in the grey bag (recycling garbage bag) and to find ways how to reduce the waste.  The students will take a photo of themselves with all the grey trash bags on the 16th November 2021 and again on the 23rd November 2021.  This is because collection of the recycling garbage bag takes place every Tuesday in Gozo and so that will represent the recycling waste of a whole week.  The aim is for the waste amount to be reduced and to continue reducing it.

2 – A clean up around our school on Tuesday 23rd November 2021.  This is not only a one time thing because in December we will also be doing a beach clean-up as well as an investigation on how plastic harms the marine environment and marine life.  It is the action plan of our Ecoschool team this year.
