Our house was purchased in 2016, and our goal was to do it up, and give it a fresh look by recycling as well as reusing materials.

Below is some examples of what we have achieved:

Eg:

1. Recycled tiles for kitchen floor,library/living room and garden.
2. Cement flooring using glass bottles – all recycled and none purchased
3. Bathroom cabinet – found in the house when purchased, renovated and reinstalled
4. Using ‘xorok’ which where removed from a dilapidated ceiling to make flooring
5. An old desk top was used to make shelving
6. Window sills made from recycled glass and cement
7. Stripping, sanding and varnishing of the doors
