L’Istituto Comprensivo Villa Lina Ritiro di Messina, per la Settimana Europea per la Riduzione dei Rifiuti 2018 ha scelto di svolgere un’azione di sensibilizzazione sulla raccolta differenziata e, in particolare, il riutilizzo dei materiali per la costruzione di manufatti. Per tutte le classi di l’Istituto Comprensivo (infanzia, primaria e secondaria di I livello), lo sviluppo di un corso di formazione finalizzato a informare e sensibilizzare sul riciclaggio è stato previsto. Gli argomenti che verranno proposte consentiranno agli studenti di acquisire un comportamento corretto per quanto riguarda la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti e il suo riciclo. Gli studenti, attraverso varie strategie metodologiche, saranno introdotti alla conoscenza di materiali diversi, simboli di raccolta, riutilizzo e riciclo di alcuni materiali (carta, plastica ed altri).

The Comprehensive Institute Villa Lina Ritiro of Messina, for the European Week for the Reduction of Waste 2018 has chosen to carry out an action to raise awareness on recycling and in particular the reuse of materials for the construction of artifacts. For all classes of the Comprehensive Institute (infancy, primary and secondary level I) the development of a training course aimed at informing and raising awareness about recycling was envisaged. The topics that will be proposed will allow students to acquire correct behavior regarding the separate collection of waste and its recycling. The students, through various methodological strategies, will be introduced to the knowledge of different materials, symbols of waste collection, reuse and recycling of some materials (paper, plastic and other). The path includes a first part on the topic of waste and subsequently, through manipulative laboratories with different degrees of difficulty, waste will become a resource.
