Sensibilisation du personnel au gaspillage alimentaire dans la cantine, présentation des actions du service restauration pour limiter le gaspillage alimentaire au quotidien.
+ préparation de soupes réalisées à partir des restes d’ingrédients générés lors de la préparation des repas en partenariat avec GHRMSA (Groupement Hospitalier Région Mulhouse Sud Alsace).
