The Sliema Local Council will invite a number of business entities operating in Sliema to a seminar at the Council. These entities include banks, IT companies, gaming companies and English language schools. The seminar will be divided in three parts:

1) The importance of reducing packaging waste and other forms of waste (Waste Serv speaker TBC);
2) The legal responsibilities of business operators in Malta with respect to waste disposal and the system of collection of waste at a local level (Sliema Local Council speaker);
3) Having a specific collection of recyclable waste for business operators in Sliema (Schemes representatives).
