A book and DVD share scheme will be trialled in several council facilities for staff to bring in books and DVD’s they no longer use to be borrow and returned amongst staff. This highlights the “new-to-you” concept of reusing items, challenges preconceived perceptions of reusing items, and encourages people to realise that second hand goods can be a positive thing.
