Students and teachers self-made team T-shirts.
• WHAT will be done
Description:
Everyone chooses their favourite light-coloured cotton shirt, that they no longer use. Together, the class chooses the team colour(s). Everyone ties their shirt up in a way they like. The shirts are then dyed using a tie-dye technique.
Prior to dyeing the shirt, we are going to talk through the process of making a shirt. We discuss whether it’s worth buying a new T-shirt if the old one is still in good condition. Whether you should buy a cotton, synthetic or mixed material shirt? How do these materials decompose in nature?
Now everyone has unique shirts, that are united by the class colour! The same process is carried out by a team of teachers.
