We challenge the schools in our waste management area to reduce the amount of food waste on the plates. Students will be introduced to the theme with an audio story read on the school radio. The kitchen staff will collect and weigh the leftovers on the plates and report that. As a result, we'll observe if there is less food waste left on the plates during the week compared to normal.
