on 22 of November 2021, along Karabournaki beach will be carried out a coastal cleaning action with the participation of schools. Coordination and information on the impact of aquatic litter will be undertaken by iSea representatives.
At the beginning of each action all the participants will get informed by the representatives of the organization, on the issue of aquatic litter and its effects, as well as on the ways of reducing plastics on their daily basis. The aim of the briefing is both to inform the participants and to promote good practices for litter reduction in their daily activities.
The total duration of the informative briefing is 20. The instructions for the procedure concern the area of action, the division of the volunteers into subgroups, the separate collection of recyclable materials and litter, the duration, the meeting points, as well as the recording of litter according to the protocol provided by the Marine Framework Directive Strategy.
