Given that the theme is the productivity of an island told through packaging, create a decorative action in the space itself, reusing packaging but in a way that alludes to the island of São Jorge, its iconic products, and its history, following the inspiration of the caryatids of the Panel of Tiles by the Artist António Oldemiro in the former Rosário Convent.
Using detergent containers to make the heads, a water jug as a basket for the caryatids’ heads, and cardboard for their bodies, we also used our old paper-based information lists to draw and create the products used on our island throughout history, such as oranges, yams, Cheese and tuna.
