Tri des déchets au retour plateaux (déchets organiques / autres déchets). Pesée et report du résultat sur une affiche de suivi, pour sensibiliser les scolaires à la prévention du gaspillage alimentaire.
Un diagnostic sur le gaspillage alimentaire sera réalisé pendant la SERD pour aller plus loin.
