WHAT will be done

Description:

The Resource Education and Promotions and Community Awareness Teams have organised a group study visit to Cherry Pipes during EWWR to see first hand how some plastics collected from homes in Belfast get reprocessed into drainage pipes, providing employment and high quality products locally in Northern Ireland.
Having seen the process first hand the teams will be better equipped to educate the public and raise awareness of the importance of clean, high quality recyclable materials and avoidance of contamination amongst the public.
