MSC (Malta) Ltd. is an electronics assembly subcontracting company; assembly of printed circuit electronic boards using surface mount and through-hole technology for export.

We currently import most of the raw material from Europe and we export mainly to Europe, China and America.

This year the company has been certified for the first time against ISO14001:2015 and we managed to install a Waste Management Plan and involved all of our employees to adapt and to help us reduce and recycle waste.

This year the company wishes to participate in this program and will promote these events;

a) Swap Day – Tuesday, 22nd November – collect unwanted objects from your staff to donate to charity and promoting the concept of donating or selling for reuse.

b) Introduction of Scheme: Tuesday, 16th November – Promotion of the Waste Minimization Policy adopted by the company and sharing the news that the company will be accepting suggestions from employees (in group of 3 or more) to help us identify ways and means how the company can reduce waste and help the company save money. Participants with the best idea will be given recognition by the company.

c) Introduction of Scheme: Tuesday, 16th November Packaging Waste Reduction – Production Staff will be encouraged to bring forward issues that they encounter or witness especially during the incoming of shipments so that we try to identify potential reduction of packaging material and where possible we recycle material for export purposes. Participants with the will be given recognition by the company.
