The Lasallian Community would like to raise awareness on the use of paper and plastic alike. Every year we collect money for outings, subscriptions, fundraising activities etc… and a lot of parents/guardians send money in an envelop. As educators we try to save as many envelopes as possible and reuse them but this is not always possible. Some parents/guardians use plastic folders which are not that durable too. This year we would like to create awareness and involve the Lasallian communities at large. Parents , grandparents and any other adults will be preparing money wallets made up of cloth for the boys to use at school whilst the students will be educating their families and preparing clips with information to disseminate.
