Having in mind this year motto “It’s time to detoxify”, a group of 9th grade students will hold a workshop of Natural Cosmetics for parents, teachers and school staff on the 21st of November at 6 o’clock. At first, it will be explained the effects of bioaccumulation of the toxic substances of the cosmetics and hygiene products in human health, the functions and the process of perspiration. Secondly, it will be suggested the preparation of a moisturizing cream and a deodorant, both produced with natural products and harmless for human health. As ingredients, it will be used olive oil, beeswax, lavender essential oil, cornstarch, sodium bicabornate and coconut oil. This activity will also motivate to the reuse of small packages and old glass jars.
