Workshop on Recycling
• WHAT will be done
Description:
North London Waste Authority is working together with community groups to raise awareness on recycling household waste. The workshops will outline the benefits of recycling, clarify what items (and especially types of plastic) can and cannot be recycled (including the reasons behind this), and explain what happens to items that residents send for recycling after they are collected. It will also provide attendees with the opportunity to ask specific questions they may have about their local recycling services.
The event is free to attend and open to residents of each of the boroughs in which the workshops are taking place.
