• WHAT will be done
Description:
Zero Waste Dunbar are working in partnership with East Lothian Council to trial the county’s first every collection of school food waste in our ward.
We have 6 schools in our project ward and food waste is one of their biggest waste streams.
This pilot is incredible exciting and important not just for East Lothian but also Scotland as food waste will be one of the biggest waste streams at most of the country’s schools.
