Le SYDEVOM va intervenir auprès des futurs professionnels Métiers de bouche du CFA de Digne-les-Bains pour aborder deux sujets : la problématique du gaspillage alimentaire et la nécessité du tri sélectif. Les ateliers se feront en groupe (classes mélangées) sur 4 séances de 2h.
