Zero Waste Lunch

Info

WHAT will be done

Description:

WRAP shares an office building with three other organisations – Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful, Business in the Community and Arts and Business. EWWR is an excellent opportunity for individuals from all four businesses to join a ‘Zero Waste’ challenge. For one day, Monday 19 November, we are challenging everyone in Bridge House to create their own ‘Zero Waste Lunches’.
To support the challenge Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful, one of the four businesses, has made an excellent short video which explains why reducing our reliance on packaging is so important – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wl5y7Z9iwZg&rel=0
Everyone has been invited to meet during their lunch break on the day to share their innovative, zero waste lunch stories. These stories will be documented on video and lunch ideas photographed and shared. It is hoped to both raise awareness of packaging waste and also share some great ideas of how to eliminate waste.
